Since 1994, we’ve manufactured 3,500 of these membrane switches used on jet refueling tanker trucks. They feature a multi-molded color silicone keypad and completely sealed membrane switch design. Not a single keypad field failure in 12+ years. To see more samples of our switches, click here.

Meet the New and Improving StanKraft

Kevin Caruso Director of SalesWelcome to StanKraft’s first e-bulletin. Before you roll your eyes and think, no time for another e-newsletter, I hope you’ll give ours a chance. Our creative team promises to limit its length to ensure a brief yet worthwhile read, but if there’s ever a month where you don’t find our news, case studies, or behind-the-scenes tales of use, you can always unsubscribe.

It’s been 13 years since I joined StanKraft. I hope that, overall, we’ve been a good partner for your organization. That said, propelled by our new owners, we’re embarking on a reorganization and I want you to be aware of where we’re at and where we’re heading. Read on for more…

What We've Done
Customer Service. We have begun the process of simplifying the ordering and order tracking process. For instance:

Send your orders, inquiries and sample requests by e-mail. Feel free to send your orders to orders@stankraft.com; inquiries to quickquotes@stankraft.com and sample requests to samples@stankraft.com.

E-mailed Order Acknowledgements. Upon receipt of purchase orders, we will e-mail (or fax if you prefer) a formal acknowledgement reflecting correct pricing and any miscellaneous charges (e.g., tooling, art fees) you may have overlooked. Simply approve the Order Acknowledgement by email or fax and we’ll proceed with your order.

Customer Service Reps. To ensure prompt handling of repeat orders, and provide you with easy access to order status, you’ve been assigned a Customer Service Rep – Mary Duff, ext. 230. You should continue to contact me with new orders, or questions about possible projects, but your CSR is now set up to handle repeat orders and advise you of the status of your jobs at any time. (Any problems, feel free to call me, but hopefully this new system will save time and headaches!)

New Web Site. Almost every week I talk to a client who says, “I didn’t know StanKraft could do that…” Even if you think you know everything about StanKraft, I’d appreciate it if you took a few moments to visit our new web site. It’s designed to showcase our achievements and, more importantly, our capabilities, so it’s possible you’ll discover new ways we can help you. Take a look! And be sure to send me your feedback; our creative team thanks you in advance for your input.

What We're Working On
100% On Time Delivery. As some of our clients know, we don’t always hit the mark in this regard. To address this problem, we have begun to analyze every aspect of our operations – from order entry and purchasing to manufacturing and shipping. We won’t stop until we achieve 100% On Time Delivery. Stay tuned.

Turnaround Time. We are also examining ways to expedite manufacturing and standardize turnaround times on switches as well as overlays/graphics.

That’s it for our first e-bulletin. Hope you’re as excited as I am about what’s on the horizon at StanKraft. Please call me at 888-268-8068, ext. 222, or send me an e-mail, with your thoughts on how we can do better… and that includes if there’s specific information you’d like us to share in our newsletter.
