Unless you are equipped to distribute your newsletter, CC Marketing will set up a password-protected Constant Contact account for you. (If you already have a Constant Contact account, a new account does not need to be established.) Constant Contact’s fees are based on a monthly subscription, cancellable at any time. Constant Contact fees will be direct billed to participants via credit card. Constant Contact offers 6-month and 12-month prepay discounts (10% and 15% off, respectively, the prices listed below).

5,001-10,000 e-mail addresses in account - $75/month

The Program fee includes the upload of one e-mail contact list. CC Marketing will provide a sample Excel file as a guide for preparing a mailing list. Upon uploading your list we’ll advise if there are any errors (e.g., invalid e-mail addresses, missing data fields). If you wish your newsletter to be sent to multiple lists CC Marketing will provide written instructions on how to upload additional lists or will handle each additional upload for $15.

Using Constant Contact’s technology, CC Marketing will generate a URL for each affiliate’s newsletter. This URL will remain live for 30 days after a newsletter is sent. For an additional $5 a month, affiliates’ newsletters can be archived in their account (up to 100 e-mails). This service will enable you to circulate past newsletters.

Each affiliate will receive training to learn how to use their Constant Contact account to view reports (Opens, Click-Thrus, Bounces, Opt-Outs and Forwards), as well as update contact lists. CC Marketing can distribute these reports for $25 per issue, or these reports plus a list of recipients who may have deleted or not received the newsletter for $50 per issue, based on the newsletter being sent to no more than 2,500 contacts.

Participants are welcome to call CC Marketing with questions about their Constant Contact account. However, Constant Contact provides free telephone technical support from 9am-9pm Monday–Friday, and maintains an extensive online library of technical information, so participants will likely resolve their questions faster if they call Constant Contact directly.

CC Marketing accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Credit card information is required prior to the setup of each affiliate’s Template. Upon receipt of Template approval, we will process your credit card for the one-time setup and first e-newsletter fee. Upon receipt of your e-mail contact list, we will set up your Constant Contact account. For subsequent newsletters, the fee will be charged to your credit card 48-72 hours before the newsletter is released. Invoices will be e-mailed to affiliates.

CC Marketing and/or iPROMOTEu has the right to terminate this program if participation level doesn’t exceed 25 affiliates within 90 days of launch of program. Should this occur, participants will have the option to convert to CC Marketing’s standard Keep in Touch E-Newsletter program. Distributorships who terminate their affiliation with iPROMOTEu will no longer be eligible for this program, but can convert to CC Marketing’s standard Keep in Touch E-Newsletter Program. Affiliates will not be required to sign contracts; you are free to stop participating at any time. If you end your participation once production on an issue has begun, however, you will be responsible for production charges incurred on that issue. Pricing is guaranteed through December 31, 2009.
