The program includes the setup of both an HTML and a Text newsletter for every issue. The reason: if a buyer receives the e-newsletter on a handheld device such as a Blackberry, or sets up his/her e-mail client (e.g., Outlook) to block HTML e-mails, he/she will instead receive the Text newsletter with a link to view the HTML newsletter in an Internet browser. Each Text newsletter will feature a few paragraphs of copy excerpted from the HTML newsletter and the affiliate’s contact info.

Both the HTML and Text newsletter will feature a link at the top directing recipients to the Internet to view the HTML newsletter should they have any problems viewing the newsletter via e-mail.

Every newsletter will feature two different Product Search tabs that link to your web site (e.g., Shirts, Tote Bags). We have selected categories we believe are included in the major industry web site search engines (or can be included). If you prefer to link to a different category we can modify the graphic and link for $15.

CC Marketing requires a two-step approval process to ensure error-free communications.

We will e-mail you a link to view the layout of your newsletter. Upon approval of the layout, we will set up your newsletter in your Constant Contact account and send Test e-mails to you.
Upon approval of the Test e-mails, we will schedule your newsletter for release.

You may choose your monthly mail date (e.g., the 2nd Tues of the month, the 3rd Wednesday of the month) or we will assign dates based on allowing up to 10 working days to set up your first newsletter and Constant Contact account. Dates can be changed if necessary (e.g., if you will be out of town on a scheduled mail date).

All newsletters will include an “opt out” link at the bottom of the newsletter.
