  Introducing… MCM Productions’ Client Referral Program
     
 

We’re interrupting our regularly scheduled newsletter to tell you about our new referral program. We’ll be back in a few weeks with another newsletter featuring last-minute holiday gift ideas.

Pictured are a few of the great gifts you’ll be able to select in return for your referrals to MCM. As you know, there is no better form of advertising than a referral. Beginning November 1, 2007, MCM Productions has an exciting new program in place to thank our loyal friends who continue to introduce our services to prospective new clients. Here are the details:

We will reward each referral you provide us with valuable points that can be redeemed for exciting gifts. For every dollar that a referred buyer spends with us, we will reward you with one point. You can earn points on every sale generated by the buyers you refer for a period of one year beginning with the first invoice.

Want to see more gifts you can earn? Click Here to see our Gift Catalog!Here’s the best part: There are no limits to the number of customers you can refer nor are there any limits to the number of points you can earn. The minimum number of points required to redeem a gift is 5,000.

The best referrals include a personal introduction, along with an explanation of why you are making the referral. In the bestseller “The Tipping Point,” author Malcolm Gladwell explains that “the best connections are not necessarily close personal ones, but weak ties”. Simply put, a great referral may only be a casual acquaintance of yours. Sometimes it's just a short phone call or e-mail introduction that sets the stage for a good connection. (IMPORTANT NOTE: While we welcome any referral, we will only reward points if a referred customer is one that we have never done business with or have not billed in the past 24 months.)

Once you’ve accumulated enough points to select a gift, you’ll be able to browse our gift selection and order your gift on our web site.

Here’s some of the “nitty gritty” about the program:

  • MCM reserves the right to contact you to discuss the referral. We want to make sure we fully understand the client and their needs and this allows us to confirm the eligibility of the client.
  • MCM will notify you via e-mail of the sales generated by the referred client on a monthly basis, listing the total points you’ve earned for the month and your cumulative points for the program.
  • A "decision maker" within a different division or department of your organization is eligible as a referral or potential client.
  • A purchase is a completed sale that has been paid for.
  • Points will be given out on product purchases only.  (Sorry, freight and other charges, such as setup and PMS color match charges, do not apply.)
